I handle all court and tax matters so there is no need to retain other professionals. Most importantly, I will never charge a percentage of the value of the estate as the fee for my services. After a person’s death, it may be necessary to administer his or her estate in order to pay the person’s final debts and any federal estate and Pennsylvania inheritance tax that may be imposed on the estate and, ultimately, to distribute the remaining estate assets to the beneficiaries.
